Treatment: Take vitamin supplements prescribed by an eye specialist to improve the condition. You can also take vitamin-A rich foods like carrots, pumpkins, mangoes, cantaloupes, milk, eggs, spinach, etc.

Diabetic Retinopathy

Keratoconus

Keratoconus is an eye condition in which the cornea of the eye gets heavily affected and starts bulging outside the layer of the eye. Night blindness, blurry vision, headache followed by eye pain, sudden or temporary loss of vision, glare around lights are some of the symptoms. 

Treatment: Keratoconus treatment can be done in two ways; improving the condition and relaxing the severity. Lenses are the primary treating measure that includes contact lenses, piggy bank lenses, hybrid lenses and scleral lenses. In severe cases, therapies are given called corneal collagen cross-linking. Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty and Penatratal Keratoplasty are two types of surgeries effective n treating Keratoconus.
